BREEDING FARM

ALPHİNDİ was established in 2008 as the only turkey breeding enterprise in Turkey. Today, it continues to operate with a total of 6 breeding enterprises including 3 pullet and 3 egg plants..
As the only fully integrated turkey production facility, it has been a leading company in this sector in our country.
Breeding production process is divided into two as the pullet period and the egg period. Breeder chicks are imported from foreign breeders companies and placed in pullet poultries of the company in Kaynarca, Sakarya and Susurluk.
Pullet (growth) is the period during which the breeder chicks are prepared to spawn from the 0th day until the 29th week, in a closed, light controlled, dark out poultry. During this period, closed or light controlled dark out poultries are used. Necessary controls for the pullets to achieve a homogeneous alive body weight are carried out and are prepared for the egg period in the best way.
In the egg (production) period, the breeder chicks are moved to egg poultries and brought to daylight on the 29th week. The herd is prepared to spawn during the period between 29th week and 31st week. The breeder chicks achieving the spawn period are transferred to the poultries in Sırapınar, Ömerli and Hüseyinli. The purpose during this period is to obtain the best hatching efficiency from the hatching eggs and to produce healthy and of good quality broiler chicks. The period between 31st and 57th weeks is called as the spawning period. Temperature and humidity in the rooms where hatching eggs are stored are very important. In order to supervise such conditions required in the egg stores, our field assistant and breeder production manager are committed to ensure the best conditions and production in accordance with the world standard by continuously following the technological developments and by always giving particular importance to human health.
Breeders are fed with feed shipped from Alphindi Feedmill. Health checks begin in the breeder herds and continue until the final product. Health screening of the breeding herds is done regularly by veterinarians. Biosecurity measures and regular health checks made to avoid environmental contamination enable both the breeders and chicks to be protected against diseases under field conditions.
