Ingredients for Turkey Spit with Mushroom and Pepper
  • 400g turkey breast meat
  • Half bunch parsley
  • 1 bell is yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper sauceboat
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  Method for Turkey Spit with Mushroom and Pepper Thin the turkey meat by pounding up. Cut into long strips with a width of two fingers. Clean and chop the parsley. Clean the peppers and cut into thick strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut lengthwise in half. Peel the garlic. Stir olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and rub on turkey meat with a brush.
