The turkeys, which were fed in fully enclosed poultries with natural feed until the slaughter time, are inspected by Ministry of Food and Agriculture and then after getting the permission document, they are shipped to slaughterhouses by vehicles special to turkey transport, which are in accordance with the hygiene rules.
The slaughter capacity is 900 unit/hour. Necessary inspections are made before slaughter and then slaughter is made according to the rules of hygiene and sanitation conditions in an Islamic way. Following the after-slaughter inspections, the turkey bodies are rested in a cold environment and shredded according to the demands of our consumers.
