Ingredients for Turkey Meat with Currant and Blueberry Sauce
  • 2 pieces of turkey breast meat
  • 60 g butter
  • 160g blueberries
  • 1 clove
  • 160 g currants
  • 2 sage leaves
  • Half a glass of blackcurrant juice
  • 1 teaspoon of starch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  Method for Turkey Meat with Currant and Blueberry Sauce   Put the turkey meat in a pan. Put pieces of butter on the meats and fry two sides of the meats firstly on high heat then on low heat. Add salt and pepper and take the meats out of the pan. Add currant juice, cloves, sage leaves, salt and pepper in the same pan and boil. Add the starch mixed with water and cook until it slightly thickens. Add the fruits and remove from the heat after 30 seconds. Put the meats on a serving platter, pour the sauce on the meats and serve. Turkey meat with currant and blueberry sauce is now ready, bon appetit.
