  • ½ kg turkey breast fillet
  • Belly lettuce

  Method for salad with grilled turkey breast meat Slice the turkey meat. Mix the ingredients for marinade sauce in a deep bowl. Cover all sides of the meat turkey with the sauce. Leave them in the marinade sauce for 3-4 hours. Heat the grill. Skim the excess sauce over the meat with your hands and cook both sides on the grill. Put fresh lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Add fresh arugula leaves. Grate the aged kasar cheese or parmesan cheese on it. Cut the rye bread in cubes, fry in the oven and stir on the salad. Add the turkey meat on the salad.
