Ingredients for turkey meatballs
  • 500 grams cubed turkey

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Add onions, garlic, cumin, curry, chili and chopped parsley to the minced meat and knead the mixture. Add salt and black pepper. Add the egg and bread crumbs and mix well.
